RE: I can’t breathe! Discrimination against disabled person
After I pay my rent and electric, I have been sleeping in restaurants, hospitals and cars while the property electric wires don’t’ work and the electric has been shut down for 4 days. This morning 7/16/2016, I am disabled with my medication and sleeping at Denny’s restaurant because the electric is off once again. I have a guarantee email by the manager below on 7/13/2016 that I would be supplied a hotel room if the electric would be shut down. Well it was and I have to sleep in my car with air conditioner, restaurant, etc. It’s 7/16/2106 and I am sleeping in my car because I can’t breathe it’s too hot and I can’t sleep without my machine. On 7/15/2016, the management guarantee me if I sign the lease that I would be given a hotel room due to the electrical problem as an ADA accommodation. However, I am sleeping outside on 7/16/2016 after I signed the lease!

I am at the hospital because I can't use the machine due to the electric! I can't afford a motel either! I just paid rent too! I want to know Avalon other sites I can go to until the electrical problem is resolved! Without the usage of the machine it put a strain on my heart! So accommodation I am requesting please!

Hi Merceda,
Per our conversation this morning, we have added you as someone that will need temporary arrangements for power outages. In the case the power goes out in the middle of the night, we will call you to see if you need arrangements. If you confirm that you need hotel arrangements we will provide an accommodation for that night. If anything happens between now and Monday it will be myself contacting you, after Monday it will be the new CM, Jason.
