carpet charge after 4 years of stay at AvalonBay
Hi,
After vacant apartment after 4 year, I got carpet replacement charge of 331.23.
I am under the impression that carpet will be replaced after every 3 years. My rented apartment , carpet never get changed within 4 years.
Here are details:
Name : Punjabhai Patel
Apart meant: 14234 Arbor forest drive apt 303, Rockville MD 20850
Can you explain why I (how ) I got this change of $331.23. What is policy for carpet change?
